Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our platform, Teamwork-Edu ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Currently, only administrator accounts can be created.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit or post to the Platform, including forum posts, project submissions, comments, and other materials ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content on and through the Platform.

You agree not to post Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

All submitted Content is subject to review by administrators. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or modify any Content for any reason, including Content that we believe violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform.
  • Attempting to circumvent any security features of the Platform.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teamwork-Edu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
